A deep knowledge of the technique of a “language” helps to expand our imaginative capacities. It was the principal reason that suggested we create a manual on clay.
A special manual, because it speaks with a multiplicity of voices: the voice of clay, and of technical competency, the voice of children in Reggio Emilia’s municipal infant-toddler centres and preschools, and of the older children and adults frequenting ateliers conducted by Reggio Children atelieristas.
This curated space is a brief anticipation of the eight chapters in the manual, to be published in 2024, offering interesting technical information and lots of suggestions for education.
