Lekai bookstore, founded in 2011, is a bookstore that never limits itself and advocates 'books as gifts, the best gifts.' For over a decade, it has been exploring and practicing more possibilities around books and reading. The shop owner, Snail, is passionate about discovering and recommending overlooked good books, and hosts theme exhibitions and events for them. They also often set up book stalls in various places and once traveled around China in a bookmobile (the bookmobile story was featured in the documentary 'But There Are Still Books'), hoping to let good books unexpectedly meet more people!
