Editions Ganndal is a national publishing company created in Guinea in March 1992 by Mr. Aliou Sow. It is specialized in children book, educational materials, general books, and publications in guinean national languages. So far it has more than 385 books published over the last 28 years.

Editions Ganndal is a founding member of many african and international professional Organisations in the book sector : African publishers network (APNET, Francophone Africa publishers Association (Afrilivres), International Association of Independent Publishers (AIEI), Association for the promotion of books and reading in Guinea (APROLEC), etc.

In 2017, Editions Ganndal has been awarded the price for "Best African Children Books Publisher" - BOP - by the Bologna International Children Book Fair (Italy).

Mr. Aliou Sow has been the chairman of the African publishers Network (APNET) for many years.
